The restaurant is run by the Krähenbühl family, who moved to Bettmeralp from the canton of Bern two years ago. Offering warm hospitality in a cosy atmosphere, Nadja and Michel Krähenbühl, with their sons Dario and Nevio, serve up delicious cuisine such as Tarte Flambée, Chicken in a Basket and, on request, Bernese Platter or Paella. The Castello is open all year round and is place for guests and locals to meet and mingle. Themed evenings are also planned in the off-season.
