SUMMER VOUCHERS

The summer voucher is redeemable for the entire summer range in the Aletsch Bahnen AG webshop. This includes the following product categories and products:

The voucher can be redeemed once only and any remaining balance will not be paid out. 

The amount of the summer voucher is based on the following age categories:

• Adults CHF 50
• Teenagers CHF 40
• Children CHF 25

The Autumn Sun product is available at Aletsch Bahnen AG sales points and in the webshop. The summer voucher can only be used for the online booking of the Autumn Sun.

Summer Vouchers can be redeemed from 7 June to 26 October 2025. Whether a booking can be made in the webshop depends on the offer validity period and the availability of the individual products.

All Summer Vouchers issued in the winter season 2024/25 can be redeemed in the webshop from 7 June 2025 on, to purchase products in the Aletsch Bahnen AG summer range.

Yes, the Summer Voucher can be used to purchase a restaurant voucher (CHF 50, 40, 25) from the webshop. This can be redeemed from 7 June to 26 October 2025 at the following Aletsch Bahnen AG restaurants:

• Alpenlodge Kühboden
• Bettmerhorn Panorama Restaurant
• Hotel Aletsch Mörel
• Buvette Moosfluh
• Bättmerhitta
• Bättmerträff
• Riederfurka Mountain Restaurant

The restaurant voucher can be redeemed once only and any remaining balance will not be paid out. The paper Summer Voucher cannot be redeemed directly at the restaurant and must be converted into a restaurant voucher in advance.

The summer range will be available in the Aletsch Arena webshop from mid-May. The Summer Vouchers can be redeemed on the following product categories and products from 7 June 2025 on: 

• Aletsch Discovery Pass 
• Aletsch Bike Pass
• Single tickets to the view points
• One-day outings: Aletsch panorama lunch package, autumn sun 
• Selected summer experiences: sunrise ride, look behind the scenes, restaurant voucher, mountain breakfast
• Leisure activities: scooters, rope park, mountaincarts

Yes, the value of the voucher is deducted from the total amount in the shopping cart. Any number of Aletsch Bahnen AG products can be placed in the shopping cart. The voucher code may be used once only and any remaining balance will not be credited.

No, multiple voucher codes cannot be redeemed for the same booking. Only one code can be redeemed per booking. If you wish to use more than one code, you have to make separate bookings. 

Summer Vouchers can be redeemed from 7 June to 26 October 2025. Whether an offer is available in the webshop depends on the offer validity period and the availability of the individual products.

No, the Summer Vouchers can only be redeemed in the webshop for products from the summer range.

Every booking of a multi-day ski pass of at least 6 days or more in the 2024/25 winter season will receive a summer voucher from Aletsch Bahnen AG. Those who book the ski pass via the webshop will receive the summer voucher by e-mail at the beginning of May 2025. When purchasing a ski pass on site, a voucher with a booking code will be issued.

For bookings in the webshop, the vouchers will be sent by email to the email address provided at the time of booking at the beginning of May 2025. In individual cases, the email may be filtered out to the spam folder. Please check your spam folder first.

If there is no email in your spam folder either, please contact us at info@aletscharena.ch and send us the booking information for your ski pass.
