The expansive living room offers panoramic views across the entire valley through its large windows. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer, and a complete kitchen inventory. A modern television, Apple TV, and Bluetooth speaker/radio are also available.
The apartment features 2 recently renovated bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower, while the other has a toilet, sink, and bathtub.
A balcony stretches along the entire length of the apartment, furnished with long tables, benches, and chairs, providing ample seating for everyone.
The covered parking garage with a heated driveway is located in the basement of the building.
