Our really comfortable and modern 4 1/2 room apartment was built in 2014. The apartment has a total living area of 130m2 with a large balcony, big enough for 6 people. The apartment is located directly next to the ski slope and the ski school. The piste for cross-country skiing (Langlauf) proceeds next to the house. Also only 3 minutes away are the different shopping possibilities and the cablecar. In fact this quiet and idyllic location with amazing views will guaranty for a relaxing and recovering holiday.

House Rules – La Residence
Dear guests You spend your vacation in a private holiday home. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing it and we hope that you will have a wonderful holiday here in our holiday apartment. The following house rules and information are intended to be of assistance, in which we only describe how we would ideally like to deal with the apartment and the inventory. In addition, we have listed some rules for our relief, which we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will also help us to provide you with a beautiful holiday home in the future. Waste: Since we are committed to waste separation, we ask you to help us. The bins for paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, glass and cans are located below the large gondola lift. Waste must be disposed of at the latest upon departure. Arrival and departure: The apartment is always rented from Friday to Friday and is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. at the latest. If no tenants have been there before you, the apartment can of course also be occupied early in the morning. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. We ask that you return the apartment "swept clean". Please do not forget to empty the refrigerator, leave no food in the apartment, empty the dishwasher, clean and switch off the coffee maker and dispose of the rubbish. Bathroom: Please do not dispose of any hygiene products or leftovers in the toilet. Damage: Nobody intentionally damages things. However, it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you reported the damage when you handed over the keys and we didn't only find out after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage if they, their fellow travelers or guests are responsible for this. But this does not mean small things, such as a broken glass or plate.Electrical devices: the following devices are available in the apartment: electric heaters, hair dryer, raclette oven, kitchen mixer, water and egg cooker, Nespresso coffee machine (the corresponding capsules must be brought along), radio/CD player, television. Liability: The landlord is liable for the careful making of the reservation and the provision of the apartment. The guest and his fellow travelers hereby expressly declare that they use the apartment and all objects at their own risk and release the landlord from all claims for recourse derived from this. Pets: Pets are not allowed Fireplace/fireplace: may be used. The appropriate wood can be obtained from the Coop. The fireplace must be cleaned again after use. But without using the vacuum cleaner. Kitchen: Please note that the dishes are only put back in the cupboards when they are clean. The same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances that you have used. Furniture: has a fixed place in the apartment, which depends on its function. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in our apartment. Therefore, smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Damage such as burn marks and holes in furniture and floors would mean that we would have to charge you for this at replacement value. Quiet times: In the spirit of being a good neighbor, we ask that you keep the night's quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. All devices brought along or located in the rooms are to be operated at room volume. Ski boots must be put on and taken off in the ski room and not in the apartment. Duty of care: Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid damage caused by storms. In the event of a storm, please always unplug the television set. The chairs and the table on the balcony are lined up and put back in the corner. Thermostat: the temperature can be set individually in each room. WiFi is available
