Restaurant Alpina marks its 70th anniversary

Since its founding in 1955, when Josef and Maria Minnig opened the Alpina Tea-Room “Eine kleine Weile”, it has been a permanent feature of Bettmeralp. In 1975, the founders handed over the restaurant to Elisabeth and Franz Imhof. Cathrine Moos-Imhof took over the running of the restaurant in 2004 in the third generation. In 2007, the ownership of the restaurant was transferred to Catherine and her sister Nicole Manz-Imhof. Today, the Alpina stands for lived family tradition and culinary hospitality in the heart of Bettmeralp. Catherine and her team want to dedicate the anniversary to her grandparents and parents, who worked extremely hard to establish the restaurant.
