The alpine hut, built in 1962 at an altitude of 2200m, was converted into today's Chüestall Hitta in 2010 through extensive craftsmanship and great attention to detail.
High above the Riederalp, on a sunny southern plateau, in the seclusion of the mountains, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the breathtaking Valais mountain panorama.
In winter you can ski or snowboard right to the front door. In the morning you will be the first to ski the perfectly groomed slopes of the Aletsch Arena!
Our Chüestall Hitta stands majestically on a sunny plateau at 2200m above sea level, with a view of the most beautiful 4000m peaks in the Valais. The Chüestall mountain restaurant, which is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., is in the immediate vicinity.
