A weekend of calm yoga exercises, mindfulness practice and nature walks awaits you around the historic Villa Cassel. Together we will strengthen body, breath and mind in the unique nature of the Aletsch region.

11.00 | Arrival of the participants at the center and welcome. We start with a mindfulness hike and have a picnic on the way. Depending on the weather, the subsequent yoga exercises will take place in front of or inside the villa.
Sunday, August 17
We start the day at sunrise with a yoga class against a unique mountain backdrop. After breakfast, we go on a varied hike in the Aletsch Forest and learn interesting facts about the protected area and its nature.
The weekend ends at around 15.00 at Villa Cassel.

Dieses Wochenende richtet sich an alle, die Ruhe und Kraft in der Natur finden und diese Erfahrung mittels Wandern, Yoga und Achtsamkeitsübungen vertiefen möchten. Es werden keine speziellen Kenntnisse vorausgesetzt, die Yogaübungen und Wanderzeiten werden auf die einzelnen Teilnehmer/innen angepasst. Das Wochenende wird zweisprachig geführt, die Leiterinnen übersetzen die wichtigsten Inhalte.
